To schedule your first appointment, please call the number above or send a message. During this conversation, you will be given important information about our first appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give a 24 hour advanced notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for that time, as is outlined in the Disclosure.
PAYMENTS
Payment is due at the time of service. All major credit and debit cards, cash or checks are accepted as payment.
INSURANCE AND COVERAGE
All patients should familiarize themselves with the terms of their insurance coverage. However, If you have additional questions about billing and insurance, please call me.
For any insurance provider to cover mental health services, the person seeking services (child or adult) must have a documented mental health diagnosis. I currently take TriCare, Centerstone Military Services, and ChampVA insurance. I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies. Therefore, if your provider offers out-of-network coverage and if your have a documented mental health diagnosis, you may be able to receive reimbursement for my services. Insurance does not cover Intensives at this time. They may, however, be willing to cover 1 or more hours for a single day of an Intensive. I would be happy to talk to you about how this works and provide you with the necessary paperwork to give to your insurance company, should you choose to utilize out-of-network coverage.
